Please Note:  as of 7.1.09, National Debate Tournament District IX has merged into District II - a.k.a. "the Northwest Rockies."  It is a very competitive grouping of universities and colleges with long institutional histories and proud traditions.  There are now eight (8) National Debate Tournament Districts (or "conferences").
